Racks.US is operated by Cavin Industries LLC. "Racks.US" is the consumer brand for this Private Social Casino product.

Play credits only. No cash value. No deposits or withdrawals.

Play Credits are not currency or stored value and cannot be converted or exchanged outside the product. Racks.US does not transfer value to or from any external financial account, card, or payment processor as part of core play.

The following restrictions apply to all Play Credits issued by Racks.US:

• No cash value. Play Credits have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, gift cards, or any benefit outside the product.
• Non-transferable. Play Credits cannot be withdrawn, sold, traded, transferred for money, or exchanged with other users or third parties.
• No sweepstakes. Racks.US does not operate a sweepstakes, lottery, prize competition, or redemption program of any kind in the default play-credit posture.
• Entertainment only. This product is a social casino and entertainment experience. Success at Play Credits play does not imply future success in real-money or gambling contexts.

Use of Racks.US is intended for players 18 years of age or older. By using the product, you confirm you meet applicable age requirements for simulated casino entertainment in your jurisdiction.

Gameplay outcomes and wallet updates are server-authoritative. The client submits authenticated requests and renders JSON responses — it does not recompute RNG, finalize bets, or write the Play Credits ledger on its own.

Play Credits balances may change only through server-settled game results, daily bonuses, admin adjustments, or other approved in-product actions recorded by the operator stack.

Racks.US is not a licensed real-money gambling platform. No real money is wagered, won, or lost. Racks.US does not claim a gaming license unless one is separately obtained and disclosed.
