Racks.US platform rules

Racks.US is a Private Social Casino operated by Cavin Industries LLC. It is a software product for private entertainment. Players use Play Credits to play simulated casino-style games.

This product is intended as a social casino and entertainment experience only. Real-money gambling is not available on this platform.

• Not a gambling platform. No real money is wagered or won. Racks.US does not hold a gaming license for real-money gambling.
• Not a sweepstakes. Racks.US does not operate a sweepstakes, lottery, prize competition, or any promotional program that offers prizes, cash, or redeemable value. No purchase is necessary because there is nothing to win.
• Not a financial service. Racks.US does not accept deposits, process payments, hold funds, or transfer value to or from any external account, card, or payment system.
• Not an investment vehicle. Play Credits are not an investment, asset, or store of value. They cannot appreciate in monetary terms.

• Play Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for money, prizes, or any outside benefit.
• Play Credits cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred for money, traded, or exchanged with other users or third parties.
• Play Credits are granted by the operator for play within Racks.US only. Starting balances and adjustments are at operator discretion.
• All balance changes are server-authoritative and recorded as ledger entries. The client browser does not issue or destroy Play Credits.
• Balances may be reset or adjusted by the operator at any time without notice, as Play Credits have no real monetary value.

Racks.US is intended for players 18 years of age or older. By using the product, you confirm you meet applicable age requirements for simulated casino entertainment in your jurisdiction.

Players may not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the server-authoritative game engine. Manipulation of balances, RNG, or settlement logic is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
