Privacy overview

Racks.US is operated by Cavin Industries LLC.

The following data is collected to operate the Play Credits experience:

• Account data: username, hashed password, session cookies, and role assignment.
• Activity data: game bet history, wallet transactions, VIP progress, reward claims, and admin audit records.
• Preview session data: provider session records including launch mode, game and provider identifiers, session status, and timestamps.

Collected data is used solely to operate the Play Credits experience: authentication, wallet balance tracking, leaderboard display, admin oversight, and LAN-event management.

No data is sold to third parties. No financial data (payment cards, bank accounts) is collected for core play — Play credits only. No cash value. No deposits or withdrawals. There is no customer funds rail in the default play-credit posture.

Play Credits balances and transaction lines are entertainment and audit records for the operator stack. They are not bank statements, e-money balances, or regulated payment instrument ledgers.

The product uses Next.js and may be deployed on third-party infrastructure (for example, a cloud provider, VPS, or a LAN Docker stack). The specific deployment determines which infrastructure providers may receive request logs or metadata. Refer to the deployment operator's infrastructure disclosures for details.

To request access to or deletion of your account data, contact the Racks.US host or Cavin Industries LLC via the support channel for your deployment.

Data is retained for the duration of the product's active operation or until a deletion request is fulfilled.
