Payments & purchase policy

Play credits only. No cash value. No deposits or withdrawals.

Payment processing, deposits, and credit purchases are not available on Racks.US. All payment-related API routes return a service-unavailable response. No card, bank, or crypto payment can be submitted to or processed by this platform in its current configuration.

Play Credits are provided by the operator at no charge. There is no way to purchase play credits, and no purchase is necessary or available.

Racks.US does not accept, process, or hold cryptocurrency, stablecoins, tokens, or any blockchain-based asset. No crypto payment rails are connected to this platform. Real-money gambling is not available.

If Racks.US introduces optional Play Credits purchase features in the future, the following terms will apply. This section is prospective — it does not reflect current functionality.

• Purchases are final. All Play Credits purchase transactions are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
• No cash value. Purchased Play Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or prizes regardless of the amount paid.
• Non-transferable. Purchased Play Credits cannot be sold, transferred to other accounts, or exchanged for any outside benefit.
• Webhook-verified. Any future Play Credits purchase will be verified server-side via payment provider webhook before credits are issued. Client-side redirects do not grant Play Credits.
• Ledger-recorded. All Play Credits transactions will be written as auditable ledger entries. The displayed balance always reflects the server-authoritative ledger, not a client-side estimate.
• Sweeps Coins, where applicable. If a future Sweeps Coin (SC) program is introduced in eligible regions, SC is purely promotional, requires no purchase, and is subject to a separate terms and AMOE flow. SC is not enabled in the current build.

Racks.US does not and will not sell entries to a sweepstakes, lottery, or prize competition. Any future Play Credits purchase feature would grant Play Credits for entertainment use only — not a chance to win money or prizes. A future Sweeps Coin (SC) program, where available, would also never be sold and would remain subject to its own terms.

If a future payment integration creates a billing dispute, resolution will follow the payment provider's dispute process and applicable consumer protection law.
